These are some of the issues I will help you to explore in a warm safe environment. Counselling will offer you time and space to speak freely and openly about your concerns regarding events and feelings that are important to you.

I am Swedish but I have lived and worked in West London for 35 years. I qualified as a Counsellor in 2001 and worked initially with individuals in a one-to-one setting in a GP’s surgery before starting my own practice in Shepherds Bush.

I see individuals and couples on a face-to-face basis both short-term and long-term.
Each session lasts one hour and costs £35 for individuals and £50 for couples. Some concessions are available.
